My Review Of John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge:

My experience purchasing my vehicle was great! Jaime was very friendly and did a great job in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Two days after I purchased my vehicle the stitching in the drivers side seat had already torn and Jaime did a great job getting me into the service department so I could be taken care of! My only complaint is with the Title department! My temporary tags have 9 days left before they are expired and I went to the DMV to register my vehicle. They stated the paperwork has not been submitted from the title department at the dealership yet. I contacted the Title department on 06/03/2013 and they stated they would have the paperwork in to the DMV first thing on 06/04/2013. I returned to the DMV on 06/04/2013 to register my vehicle at 2 PM and the paperwork still has not been submitted. My biggest complaint is that it shouldnt take this long to get the paperwork in to the DMV and in fact I also co-signed on a vehicle for my girlfriend from Rocky's Auto in Denver about a month after I purchased my vehicle and they already have their paperwork into the DMV!!!!!! So overall my experience with the sales department and Jaime Martinez specifically was great!!! He is a great salesman and really valued the customers needs and was able to take care of them in a very timely manner!!! However, the Title department needs some work in getting their paperwork submitted in a timely manner and following through with their promises to their customers, instead of having them go to the DMV on two seperate occasions and still not having the paperwork to register their vehicle! Everyone knows how much being at the DMV is of an unpleasant experience and instead of it being regularly unpleasant now im forced to wait and have it be even a more unpleasant experience due to the Title department not doing their jobs! My Review Of John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge:

My wife and I were looking for a car for her. We visited every dealership in Greeley and we were not greeted at any of them except for John Elway Dodge. As soon as we stepped on the lot to look around, we were immediately greeted by a sales associate who listened to our inquiries. After much discussion, Brian gave us our options without any hassle. Finally we walked away with a 2011 Dodge Avenger on our first visit. After the amazing experience we had with their customer service, we decided to continue to use them to service our vehicles. I even recommended the dealership to my coworkers who bought their trucks from them. Five months later, we brought our vehicles to have our oil change. While we were waiting, we decided to look around for a new truck. As we looked in the lot, Kevin remembering our faces walked up to greet us. It was wonderful being recognized and assisted again. We told him we were still looking for a truck. With that information, he suggested a 2013 Ram 1500 that was in the lot. We took a look. Then took a test drive. Then we decided to go for it. Another great customer service experience with no hassle. This is a dealership I will always recommend. They have great customer service team and truly treat you as a part of the family. Kevin, Brian, Charles, Jeff, Jason and Brandon are great representatives!

Was looking at a used truck on there web site, e-mail for a internet price it said so I did. One e-mail said they had sold the truck, two other ones said nothing about the price. Emailed back and have heard nothing, going somewhere else.

Well, It started by us runnig an ad on craigslist to trade my harley for a full sized truck. tanner answered us,trying to seeing if i would be willing to trade my Harley for a Truck at john Elway. I told him I have a ridgeline that i'm in the red on and couldnt afford more payment. I asked if he could get me out of the ridgeline, we could make a deal. I was very specific on what i needed in a vehicle that i could use for my familys needs. The next day I arrived at John Elway dealership, Tanner had a beatifull ram waiting in front with everything my husband asked for. We did the paperwork quick and easy. They were able to put us in the new 2012 1500 ram outdoorsman and were able lower our interest rate. Tanner did a great job of listening to our needs and wants. He was very knowledgible on this truck. He showed my husband everything he needed to know about it. He even gave us his cell if we had any further questions. John Elway made us feel at home!! GO BRONCOS!

My Review Of John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge:

I found what I thought was the exact pickup that I wanted and John Elway had it on their lot. So I bought it. My salesman Josh was very nice. I drove home as happy as can be.
When it was time to get my tags because the temps were about to expire my County Clerk did not have all the paperwork she needed to give me my plates. So two extensions later and a few calls that led to no help I had to take the time to drive to the dealer (1 hour one way out of my way) it took a face to face visit to get things straightened out. So that was fixed they were nice about it and paid my $100 prior ownership fee that I was charged to get my plates. I had my pickup serviced that day and they didn't have time to wash it. No big deal they said they would do it next time I was in.
So I had a couple issues to be fixed under warranty I made my appointment two weeks in advance and took a day off of work because it would have to be there all day for the repairs and they could not be made on a weekend. I was called in the afternoon (after dropping it off at 8am) and told they were unable to get my repairs done that day. So at this point I am really starting to get annoyed. I lost 9 hours of overtime because I took the day off to drive there and wait for nothing. They were nice enough to get me a rental car so they could keep my pickup to make the repairs the following day. The next night I drove back to get my pickup.
I was told everything was fixed. We took a look at what they did on the outside but did not look at the seatbelt that was supposed to be fixed. So I said ok and thank you and took off for home. I drove a couple miles and noticed my MPG was only reading 6. So I watched a while and it finally went up to 7. Around 15 is normal for me so I am really wondering what in the world they did to my vehicle while it was in the shop to cause the MPG to drop to 6! I start it every morning to warm it up before I leave for work and it doesn’t even drop 1 MPG. I stopped at a store and took a look at my seat belt. Yup it’s still broken!
So I had an hour trip home last night to think about all the bad experiences I have had there. I hate to complain and I really don’t like to make people feel bad. Everyone is nice and I think they will fix my problem but why do I have so many problems and what was happening to my pick up while I left it there? But I really don’t think all this should go without saying something. My husband and I plan on getting a ¾ ton truck in a couple years and we WILL NOT be getting it there. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to spread the word, NEVER-NEVER go to John Elway Dodge.

.Original quote-$110 for diagnostics Starter problems
.Out the door price- $167+
.Work performed - tightened 4 cable attachments on battery
.Quote for starter replacement - $900+
or $645 for aftermarket starter.
.Amount I paid to have a starter replaced by another mechanic - $235, including an aftermarket Denso starter
Statement made by service rep when I said I didn't want the work performed - "You owe me $167.20" "When can you pick up the vehicle?"
I did not get a detailed report of what was (or wasn't done)
I have had work performed previously and was quite satisfied - what has happened in the past year or so?

If this is the way John Elway allows his reputation of his name to be used - I think he would be ashamed! The lies the absolute lack of customer service has horrible! Jeff was so nice in the beginning phone call- that was only until he got us into the dealership- drove the car- then he was way to busy to discuss the actual deal! He slapped the paperwork down in front of us told us to fill it out and he would get back to us! Meaning on Monday! I didn't hear back until Wednesday night! What who does business like that! I will put the word out to everyone I know NOT to go to this dealership for any reason what so ever!

My Review Of John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge:

Very UNPROFESSIONAL let us take a truck home with all paperwork filled out and signed as well as checks for deposit left with them. For a week we had the truck and checks where cashed. On the seventh day they called and said no deal could be made. I was understanding but very frustrated and humiliated since I'd had the truck for a week and of coarse showed it off. I dont understand how they have u sighn paperwork and then take my money and let us drive a vehicle off the lot without everything being final on thier side but misguiding us on ours. when I asked when I get my money back they said a week. I had to talk and raise my voice to get them to listen to me and get my money that day. Then after everything was done and walked away with NO truck And MY money they still had two of my checks for the deposit and THREE weeks later CASHED it. I no longer had ANY business with them and took my money without my permission. I called and demanded I got my big chunck of money back and was getting the run around since no one had any recollection of me and what was going on. After talking to four different people including the GM it had been five hours. I was constantly calling them and I had to figure out how to get my money back. They could not figure it out by theirselfs. I was the one who told the step by step how to deposit my money since I was 500 miles away and stranded cuz they took all my money. Finally I got my money but WILL NEVER do buiness with them again and NEVER recommend anyone to either. They humiliated me and I felt violated from them to take my HARD EARNED money.
