The service we received from the Service Department was horrible. It took 3.5 days to have a battery replaced. There was no communication and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. When we picked up the vehicle, we heard one of the service advisors tell another employee that he had dealt with “crazies” all day. No one directed me to my vehicle and I had to wonder around the lot until a salesman offered to help. Also when I paid there were two identical invoices with different amounts, the clerk couldn’t explain why the same service didn’t have the same cost. They have a beautiful new facility but the customer experience was horrible. More
