The last time I was in for an oil change, they tried to tell me that my CRV (bought there and less than two years old) needed an additional $828 worth of service. I declined, and did not have any of the e tell me that my CRV (bought there and less than two years old) needed an additional $828 worth of service. I declined, and did not have any of the extra things done. This time, they told me all I needed to have done was about $250 worth of service...seems a bit odd? That means one person or another was lying to me about what needed to be done. The price of an oil change went from about $35 to $50 after tax! Most importantly, as I neared ten minutes remaining on my lunch hour (which was about 40 minutes since I arrived), no one has come to tell me that my car was ready. I went out to the garage and my car was sitting RIGHT THERE. I asked one of the techs if my car was ready, he asked me about four different questions and then said it was ready. I walked over to the car and then walked back...asked if they had washed it, as it is one of their selling points. He said that they had washed it. I pointed out to him how it was still dirty. He said they could run it through, but I was already going to be late getting back to work. Given that I bought my vehicle there and have had all my oil changes there, you’d think they would treat me better than that? Oh well, they have lost me as a customer. More
