John L. Smith, Inc. made my first car buying experience an enjoyable one! I was nervous at first but everyone I met there was very pleasant and easy to talk to, not to mention extremely helpful. It wasn’t long before I could relax and enjoy myself. I believe that they go the extra mile to make sure that you get a good car. For instance, I live over an hour away so when I went to pick up my car I decided to take the train. Bill Taylor not only offered to pick me up at the train station -- he picked me up on his day off! I feel that everyone was 100% honest with me, and the car speaks for itself. It’s amazing, and the price was great. I’ve wanted a ‘bird since I was a young kid watching reruns of Knight Rider on TV and now I have one. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!

I have purchased 3 automobiles with in the last 6-7 years, I have purchased all 3 from Bill Taylor. He takes his time and he is not pushy. My experience with the service department has been a very good experience my 2 neighbors get all there vehicles serviced in the service department.

I want to express my sincere thanks for the excellent Town and Country van we purchased two weeks ago. My family and I are so thrilled and pleased with the salesmanship, honesty and integrity we have experienced by their staff and service department.

My husband will be in the market for a used car very soon and we'll definitely call these guys! We have told many friends about their wonderful dealership in hopes that we may bring more customers to them!

My Review of John L. Smith, Inc.:
We bought one Mazda from them and have the other repaired there. We have never had any trouble, and John, the service manager is very nice. THey have rental cars available while your car is repaired. They fixed some things on my car that the previous mechanic could not fix, and they have been more than generous with the occasional flat tire repair (free) and other services.

They have also been generous to local charities.
