This seems to be a matter of mis-communication on our part and for that we apologize. Vehicle issues arise with any make of vehicle and we see them often. This may translate into a perception of indifference at times just due to the nature of the business at hand, much like a doctor might be perceived when discussing a medical issue with his patient. If the patient perceives that the doctor is acting as thought it's not a big deal, be assured that the doctor does indeed care about his patients. Likewise, we do care for our customers and we apologize if our treatment was not up to the highest of standards. We thank you for entrusting our company with your automotive needs!

We apologize if the oil changes took that long. That is not what we strive for believe us. As to the warranty issue, we apologize that the matter was not understood, but warranties are serious business and are highly regulated by the government and we assure you that we are always in the strictest of compliance with all warranty issues. As to the claim that Chris Lacy is a "scammer", you couldn't have picked more unworthy candidate for that charge. Nobody is more honest than Chris and he'll have hundreds of character witnesses to that effect.
