I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone follow me to drop my car off...when I got there they told me they did not have the parts and told I made an appt. to get my car repaired. Had someone follow me to drop my car off...when I got there they told me they did not have the parts and told me some outrageous price to repair it. They could have called me and told me they did not have the parts! I had to go to work. They want $879.00 to fix my car...took it to a local auto shop and got my car fixed for $286.00. A rip off and really inconvenienced me so mad!!! Never will buy a car or use their service dept again! More
