Went for oil change last month started noticing oil on my driveway and in my garage. We have 2 vehicles a 2020 Nissan Murano and 2023 Honda odyssey. At first I couldn’t figure out which vehicle was leaking oil because neither one ever has. Lo and behold the murano was leaking oil what appeared to be from the oil filter. The tech also left off a clip on the splash guard so it was hanging not good. I reached into the oil filter and found it was loose. I started the engine and sure enough that was the source of the leak. $100.00 oil change! I’ll never set foot in that place again. I gave them a bad review once I found the leak and sent pics of the splash guard hanging never heard back! Stay away, their boneheads! More

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Nissan of Naples. I fell in love with a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL—fully loaded, low miles, and in excellent condition. I was told I could be approved with Nissan of Naples. I fell in love with a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL—fully loaded, low miles, and in excellent condition. I was told I could be approved with a co-signer. My grandmother, who has an 800 credit score, agreed and I provided all her info. They claimed her credit was frozen, even after I confirmed it was unfrozen and gave proof. They stalled for days, kept me hanging, then finally told me I was approved and to come in and sign paperwork. When I got there, they clapped, congratulated me, and showed me the car again—but then suddenly said my co-signer had to sign in person (even though they previously said e-signing was fine). Then they tried to talk me into a 2025 model with fewer features, saying the interest rate on the 2018 was too high and they were “just looking out for me.” They even told me I could pick any car on the lot, even a brand new one, and they’d match the monthly payment and total price from the 2018—then said, “We just have to play with the numbers.” That made everything feel like a scam. After all that, they came back and said I wasn’t approved—despite days of saying I was. I wasted three full days and left without a car. Unprofessional, misleading, and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership. Don't trust them! More

Went to dealership today with the intention of buying a Z. Was told by two managers that I could not test drive the vehicle! Who is going to buy a car without test driving ! car was making very loud noise while driving, service determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, yo determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, you and i can but this part in any auto parts store for $99.00,im sure they but it for less, the labor was $603.00, so for this breaks down to approximately $400.00 an hour, i hope they are paying the mechanic at least a $150.00. NEVER GOING BACK More
