Superb service, and actual accountability!!!! The dealership made an understandable error while servicing my vehicle-they had a staff member accidentally overtighten the drain plug on my Renegade. The dealership made an understandable error while servicing my vehicle-they had a staff member accidentally overtighten the drain plug on my Renegade. When I took it in for the next service, the staff notified me that an error had been made, and took the additional step of replacing the entire drain pan so that my vehicle would remain as new. They also provided a loaner vehicle without being asked-they offered one right up. THIS is why I have been a life long Jeep customer! Well done, Snowy Range. More
