After telling Scott that I left a review for him showing that he did not replace a bolt. And after I told them the part they said was bad in my car that I needed back to send back to the place I bought it rock auto because it was under warranty. All of a sudden, they told me the part was good not bad so it makes me wonder if I had not asked him for that part. What i'd be paying for a part to be replaced if it even was going to be replaced and charged for it.. Stealer ships not dealerships

I have to add. I went to pick my car up today. And Scott did not charge me the 155 that they charged to look at the car. I'm assuming it's because they did not want me to have a receipt showing paperwork. That my car wasn't there but I have about 30 texts from him. He told me today he could not afford the bad review but I think people should know how I was treated.. They told me a censor was bad and did. I agree to pay $440. Say yes, then shortly later. They tell me that censor is not bad after I told them I needed the part they were taking out because I was returning. It it was under warranty. I'm wondering if I did not ask for that part if they would have ever been honest with me.

I went to go and pick up my car today at Ford. I was told that they put the crank sensor back in my car. When I went to pick it up, it was in the back of my truck in a box. They could not even put my car back together. This is the crappiest service I have ever forgotten I am going to see the owner of the company and I'm going to step it months ago, they told me they changed the top part of my struts since then I've found out struts don't have a top part but I clearly have a receipt from them. Telling me that they removed the top part of my struts. And charge me nine hundred dollars
