I’m a return customer and I guess loyal & informed customers are not part of their business plan. I even offered to pay a reasonably higher price if they added the navigation system to the car. Their response was to Jack up the price to well over the cost of the added feature, or have me try and get it installed on my own. The person I was dealing with was friendly, but not very knowledgeable of the features and function of the vehicles. I won’t even get into the insulting price they offered for my trade. It wasn’t the newest car in the world, but it isn’t block of steal either. If you have no clue about cars and prices, and are looking for being overcharged, then this is the place for you…. Of course that garnered a lot of attention and I went to look at the vehicle. Ed cam right out to see if I needed help and let me look at and compare the Liberty with the new Cherokee in a side by side. The staff was friendly and professional, I did not have to do a lot of back and forth they pretty much came back with a good deal right away and I only had to counter that once and we came to an agreement. We will see fi the service is as good as the initial sale but so far I ma satisfied with the purchase and it went well. More
