From the moment I arrived, the employees were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service itself was top-notch. The team completed the new tire installation and oil change quickly and efficiently, showing great attention to detail. My favorite part of the experience was definitely the employees—they went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. Overall, I would easily give Johnson Ford Service a 5-star rating. Excellent service, professional staff, and a truly welcoming environment—I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car maintenance or repairs! More

The worst Ford dealer I ever worked with. No knowledge car sits for weeks, changes people like I change my socks. No parts ever in stock in general there horrible.
