The team is great but the receptionist at the services area (Joshua) was very unprofessional on multiple encounters and claimed that I do not have an appointment even though the appointment was confirmed. area (Joshua) was very unprofessional on multiple encounters and claimed that I do not have an appointment even though the appointment was confirmed. The car only needed regular maintenance I did tell him the back tire needs to be checked because it is running out of air and needs to be refilled but that was not addressed. Also when the service was done Josh told me the car was out on the lot and just pointed with his finger to go outside, but it was in a completely different location. I really do not think he has customer service in mind. My previous interactions were with Benny and he is the best, I will only work with Benny when I go to Volvo Durham More

Everyone at this dealership was excellent! 1000/10 recommend them. They were quick to help answer all of our questions and even though we were there to buy a used car that much cheaper than al 1000/10 recommend them. They were quick to help answer all of our questions and even though we were there to buy a used car that much cheaper than all of the cars on the lot, they gave us the luxury experience and didn’t treat us any differently, even while being busy! We were truly impressed with their customer service and just over all friendliness, kindness and willingness to help! Bought my XC-90 T8 new from them and have always serviced with them. Scheduled my 60k service and received my quote. Showed up on the day of my scheduled appointment and they had no record of it even though with them. Scheduled my 60k service and received my quote. Showed up on the day of my scheduled appointment and they had no record of it even though I had received an email and text that morning confirming my appointment. They fit me in anyway but then I got the bill which was 50% higer than their emailed quote which they then refused to honor. To add insult to injury, they didn't reset the service light either making me question what else they may have missed. I was ready to upgrade my vehicle with them but after that experience, they probably permanently lost my business. More
