Started off nicely and we finally locate a truck we would like, but then after a test drive it was no negotiation of price at all, sort of we are doing you a favor, so take it or leave it because they are only "7" special edition on East coast...
Then price for trade in once again take it or leave it..and we should have left, but we did not.
We wanted to leave to get some dinner and then come back but we were told it would take too long.
The assistant or the manager arrange for chicken sandwiches and drinks which were appreciated.
But they knew they only had one finance guy working and there were customers before us...so it took 3 hours to wait around and I was very unhappy. We could had two dinners...The finance guy was slow and we were the last customers...then he talk us into to buy some insurance which he presented like only 12 dollars extra per month, by that time I might have signed anything just let me get the xxxx out of there, it was long and painful and the entire staff said "we are sorry" about thousand times but it did not make me feel any better.
This was my 3rd purchase at Jones but perhaps my last.
I guess the goal was sell sell and sell 200 per month stickers were all over the dealership.
And comment on the new Tacoma, too noisy and horrible hard seats for that kind of price Toyota should come up with better seats!
