Schedule oil change took over 3 hours. I am very disappointed in the quality of the technicians. I arrived at 8:20 for a 9am appointment, and 12:23 is when the oil change was completed. Unhelpful and unknowledgeable! We had a tire rotation and oil change! The car vibrated when we got it back! We called and he said we don't balance the tires when we rotate! Well, I was in a bit of a pinch when getting a newer vehicle. My vehicle got totaled. So, I was driving a rental car. I was getting a little frustrated to say the least. I just so happened to drive through their lot. I think it was a Sunday. Got out of my rental walked around a Buick envision. Thought well let me inquire more about it. Well story short I got the vehicle. They helped me every step of the way. They were incredible to say the least.
