Very unprofessional, and dishonest. Unethical practice. Rude customer service and finance team. Not very knowledgeable on GM's customer standard. Extremely disappointing experience. I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days. They said when they started there was more damage than I thought but this is more than a month that I have not had my car. This is the second time I’ve leased from them and it will be my last. More
