Was told unless I’m willing to buy today they would not give me any cost information. Never tried to understand my situation of trying to figure out my options, with Equity and current offerings.Shopping give me any cost information. Very unprofessional, and dishonest. Unethical practice. Rude customer service and finance team. Not very knowledgeable on GM's customer standard. Extremely disappointing experience. I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days.
