Was told unless I’m willing to buy today they would not give me any cost information. Never tried to understand my situation of trying to figure out my options, with Equity and current offerings.Shopping give me any cost information. I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days. They said when they started there was more damage than I thought but this is more than a month that I have not had my car. This is the second time I’ve leased from them and it will be my last. More

I bought car in on recall n added oil change was told it would 3 hrs for both n its been 3 hrs now n my car is still on the lift and when I inquired from the female tech who told me 2 hours she was rude and would 3 hrs for both n its been 3 hrs now n my car is still on the lift and when I inquired from the female tech who told me 2 hours she was rude and nasty.
