I felt like I was being rushed to make my purchase. Brad made promises to me that he did not keep. I felt like his follow up was not genuine and I wish he would had made things right. Your service has been much better in the past. Your service rep doesn't fully explain the problem and is very non-communicative. I was doubting if he knew mechanics at all.
