I was stranded 9 hours away from home and this dealership let me sit for over 6 hours before even addressing my issue, how to fix it and me getting home. Could have been a 5 stars if I didn't have to come back a week later on my only day off during the week and spend three hours to have them re-patch a tire that wasn't done correctly. This dealership takes advantage of its customers. This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. Which I didn’t fully understand because there was no sound coming f This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. Which I didn’t fully understand because there was no sound coming from it. I also know dealerships charge 4 times the amount. I said no, then I had my dad look at it. We found that there was a lot of pad left. I’m a young woman and this dealership was trying to take advantage of me. I went to the dealership April 12th. More
