I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Journey Nissan. From the moment I walked in, the floor manager Jose Alicea was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. He a Nissan. He assigned one of his salesperson Alex Aguilar to help and he was fantastic, he even came back in, on his day off patiently showing me all the vehicles and letting me view them from daytime into nighttime for a few days. This was not for one vehicle, I was purchasing three vehicles and trading in 2. The entire staff was polite having conversation with me while cars were being inspected. They were incredibly helpful and patient. The finance manager Isaac Granados also did an amazing job securing great rates and offering comprehensive warranty options. Overall, I thought this place was superb, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!t More
