I inadvertently used the express shopping option online when trying to get an estimate. But I found that to be incredibly easy to help get the process going and get an idea going in on what I would be payi when trying to get an estimate. Took my car in for timing belt change, calked 4 times for status updates but no one called back. I left a message one time and another I spoke to a service manger who said he’d check with the mechanic and ca status updates but no one called back. I left a message one time and another I spoke to a service manger who said he’d check with the mechanic and call me back but he never did. When I picked up my car, he ushered me to pay without explaining the work done. Service is much to be desired. Kudos to providing me transportation service since my car was in the workshop for over 7 hours. More
