Hi, Sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase at Joyce Honda. We try to be sensitive to the time customers wait, especially our out of state customers. A myriad of things can interfere with our best intentions. The process is somewhat involved, deliveries that have been previously scheduled arrive, cosmetic repairs, acquiring insurance, etc., etc. The list is endless. But, it is not acceptable that you are not receiving return calls or emails. Since we cannot identify you by your Google name, please reply privately here with contact info and I will make sure someone reaches out and at least explains what it going on. I will say, Covid has shut down or impaired most motor vehicle agencies and we are pretty much at the mercy of their pace. So please reply privately with your contact info and let's see what is going on. Thank you.
