As a woman, I have never liked going in and having my car serviced. Somehow felt it was a man's world, I had no knowledge of the mechanics of a car, and was probably asking inane questions. No question is too silly and everything is explained (with good follow-up paperwork). And a bonus...you have women service people. Yes! I like the fact you have complete records on my car and can tell me what and when I need servicing. Thank you, Honda. I brought my car and due to the current health situation, I decided to sit outside. It was cold, but the sun was out. At least six employees came outside to check on me and to see if I was OK.
