I don’t think it’s right to charge me $195 when I came in and said my battery cable was the problem and charge me $18 for that and also the $195. I didn’t have that money to spare. My appointment was at 10:00 but my car was not taken back until 11:45. It was done quickly but the wait was ridiculous.
