However, on **May 26, 2025**, my truck developed **major issues**, and my experience with **Keiser Buick & GMC in DeLand, FL** has been extremely frustrating. 🚨 **Engine Warning & Diagnosis** After experiencing performance issues, my **Banks iDash monitor** identified multiple error codes: - **P0476 & P049B** – Related to **Exhaust Back Pressure Valve problems**, known to affect emissions systems in GMC trucks. - **P0340 & P0341** – Indicating **Camshaft Position Sensor malfunctions**, which directly impacted performance and put the truck into **limp mode (55 MPH limit)**. 🔹 **Lack of Communication** – My truck has been in their service department with **no updates** on its status. Calls go unanswered, and transparency is nonexistent. 🔹 **No Loaner Vehicles** – Despite selling high-end GMC vehicles, they offer **no courtesy loaners** or rental accommodations, leaving customers stranded. 🔹 **Severe Staff Shortages** – The **service manager, Mike**, admitted they **don’t have enough diesel mechanics**, causing extended wait times. Many customers are affected, yet the dealership fails to provide honest timelines. 🔹 **Unacceptable Service Standards** – GMC trucks come at a **premium price**, yet the dealership fails to provide the **basic service and support** expected from a reputable brand. ⚠️ **If you're considering service at Keiser Buick & GMC, beware of long delays, poor communication, and lack of customer accommodations**. Having the oil changed took an hour and a half, All the personnel that I dealt with were very caring, accommodating, and responsible. That meant a lot to me. On the lighter side, when I was almost home, I realized that the line on the oil gauge was in the center, I thought it should be all the way over to the right like it is when you fill up a tank of gas! I called my daughter to ask her about it; after she got done laughing, she explained it to me. I have a lot to learn . . . but not that much time in which to learn it . . . lol More
I bought a brand new heavy duty pickup from Kaiser. Spent 65k. After a few months, A/C blew hot air. Called Service. Said it would be a week for an appointment. Jan 7th 2022 first service appt on my 2021 sierra 1500 denali. As expected top notch service staff. Mike the service rep is a very knowledgeable and professional. Service was great. Salesman turned out to be a jerk. Traded in my wife’s car back in May of 2018. The Yukon we bought had just come in from previous owner. The salesman Peter Labrada told us to take the car that day and bring it back for a full detail at our convenience. I ended up bringing it in for some warranty work on Feb. 14th and reminded them about the detail. They begrudgingly agreed. I pick up the car today and it had been vacuumed, and the wheels had been cleaned but certainly not to the standards of the used cars on the lot. My original salesman stopped me on my way out to say hi. I told him I was not really satisfied with the detail work. He immediately explained in an angry manner that he took “a lot of heat” for getting the car cleaned for me. I pointed out how messy some areas of the cabin were still, and he said he will get his manager because he had already taken too much Sh*t from them about getting the car detailed. I don’t appreciate the language in front of my 3 year old daughter that was there with me. After sitting in the car for 7-10 minutes waiting for a manager I decided to take my daughter home. We live in Apopka and the dealership is about 40 miles away. So she had already been in the car seat for a long time. The service department was pretty good. Good communication and friendly. I was pretty blindsided by my salesman’s attitude. And language in front of my child. So we will save ourselves the drive moving forward and not return. More

This is our 5th vehicle from this Kaiser. Very happy! Whenever we come to Kaiser - for service or to think about purchasing - we are greeted by name and treated as special customers.
