I told Roy what I was interested in and he stayed focussed on that goal from the start. He is very knowledgeable about the features, etc and axplained very well.
Jimmy was very efficient in completing the paperwork. Both of these gentlemen are friendly and courteous.

This is my second experience in purchasing a vehicle at Kaiser Buick GMC. I returned to this dealership because of my prior experience including having Jimmy Hanlon as our sales associate.

Mr. Hanlon was his usual self, very friendly and out going while being very upfront and professional. Mr. Hanlon went above and beyond to assist me in identifying a very nice 2010 Buick which not only met my needs but stayed within my budget as well.

I would certainly recommend this dealership to family members and friends as well as encourage them to seek out Mr. Hanlon to assist them with their search and hopefully purchase of a quality vehicle.

Actually had a questionable experience with their service department (felt i may have been overcharged and also waited for repair a little longer than anticipated) but when questioning and confronting issues/concerns with managers they had the utmost response and care for the customer and resolved my issue. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership (my wife's, my daughters and even my own) and have always brought my vehicles to their service department for any major work/repairs. They are skilled at their work and professional in the attitude and caring for customer. I would recommend them for future sales and service and will continue with my tenured business with them.

I was dealing with another dealership for a Buick Verano, but was getting nowhere. I came to Kaiser Buick because they had a Verano with the features that I wanted. When I came to Kaiser, I was greeted by Jimmy Hanlon and introduced to Jeremy Scott. They were very straight forward with information about auto and purchasing options. I was pleased with every step of the purchase and felt great when I left the dealership.

Jim Hanlon, is a very polite, cheerful charming gentleman. He showed us several Lacrosse cars that was the car we where looking for. Explained all the details on the car from the motor to the back up cameras to all the options on the dashboard. He answered all our numerous questions down to the kind and make of the tires.
I left there feeling extremely good about our choice of vehicle. I would recommend Kaiser dealership and send them to see Jimmy without hesitation he was great to work with. Thank you Jim.
