My current vehicle is a 2020MDX which I purchased from this dealership. I have purchased several vehicles here and the service department has always been exceptional. My current advisor, Charles, is per this dealership. I have purchased several vehicles here and the service department has always been exceptional. My current advisor, Charles, is personable, professional and explains what he recommends be done and answers any questions I might have. He has always been able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and ensures the service is performed within the expected time. Overall it was an easy but a long process. I asked for current special financing for 48 months at 1.99% but the finance guy drafted up 60 month financing at 6.49%. He did not know about the special financing special at the time. Also, they did not have a front license bracket on my Acura TLX. They told me to go buy one at a car parts place. You spend all that money on a car and they can't even give you license plate bracket? A little disappointed with this dealership. More
