Purchasing a vehicle has always been a tedious process in my past experiences. The stealerships in NYC are a bunch of crooks and not even worth my time. Matt & Bob from K. They made the purchasing process very simple & comforting. I drove over 300 miles from New York to Virginia just to deal with these guys and it was worth the trip. They are an honest and dedicated group of inviduals who just want the pleasure of earning of your business and will see to it that you walk out of there dealer with a feeling that you came out on top. Also, kudos to Matt & Nina from the finance department. They worked around the clock to ensure that I received the best available rates and prepared all paperwork prior to my arrival to Virginia. I was in and out of the dealer in less than hour. Job well done Matt, Bob & the finance department! More

I spoke to him on Thursday afternoon about getting service on my 2003 Acura and that I would need some kind of transportation if I dropped off my car. Not only did he arrange a courtesy car to be available, he was also able to work with me on the price of the service to make it affordable for me, because he was concerned about not getting the timing belt replaced on a 9 year old car. He explained to me that should it break, I would need to replace the whole engine which would have cost me $7000. More

Today was my second auto servicing at this location. The customer service that was provided, far exceeded any other experiences I have had with other dealerships. At every step of the way both of these gentlemen treated me with the upmost respect explaining in detail the various options and cost breakdown of the vehicle I was interested in as well as handling my trade-in exceptionally well and throughout the paperwork and final delivery of my new MDX Acura. Tarek's no-nonsense, straight-forward, honest, and overall confident (not arrogant) approach to discussing the transaction was second to none I have experienced in my 50 years. Rudy's attention to detail, calmness, expert knowledge, tremendous patience, very tasteful sense of humor, efficiency, and communication skills set a standard for any professional who deals directly with customers to emulate. What a wonderful experience I had. I have been shopping around for a used vechile for awhile now, and I have to say it has not been pleasent until I visited this dealership. I have been trying to recover m around for a used vechile for awhile now, and I have to say it has not been pleasent until I visited this dealership. I have been trying to recover my credit status and it has been a very challeging and exhausting process. These two gentlemen (Melvin & Matt) were the only 2 that worked with me as much as they could and made my expreince more pleasant. Not only did they bend backwards for me, they also stayed late that evening I visited, they even help keep take care of my active 1 year busy and content, and let me tell that is not easy! My boyfriend was with me at the day of my purchase and was quite pleased with the service we received as well and it is not easy pleasing him as well when it comes to money! I would highly reccomend this dealership to my co-workers, friends, and family. I hope I get to work with them again in the future. Respectfully, A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! We love my new/used car! LOL!
