Over the next couple of days I searched the internet for trucks and spoke to several salesmen. I returned to Scott and told him what I found. Instead of being pushy he simply gave me options. Jeff Swift was very friendly and gave me additional technical advice that led me to an F150 FX4. After purchasing over a dozen vehicles over the years, I had given up on anything but a grueling car buying experience. This purchase was actually enjoyable due to Scott guiding us and asking others on the staff to help us out. I have to say though, today service was even more so extraordinary, along with getting an oil change, replacing air in the tires with Nitro and installing a front license plate done by Julio Rodriguez, who did an exceptional job, Thank YOU Julio, I also had my vehicle detailed by Pat. The quality of the detail was totally Awesome, looked like a new car both inside and out. But what was even more Awesome is when I got in my car to leave, I noticed 2 5$ in the cup holder. A feeling of great gratitude came over me, like WOW, how amazing, this doesn't happen too many times. It was very heartwarming!! I looked for Rob, but he wasn't in his office, so I headed back home and called him. I asked who was the person who found the money and he told me "Pat was and he called me to tell me he found it and I asked him to just place it in the cup holder".
