We have been a customer of Karl Flammer Ford since 2002, and have had all our service work done on our 2002 Thunderbird and our 2013 Edge. As always every body there have been friendly, courteious and genuinely appreciative of our patronage. I always go into the show room to talk to may salesman Doug Gerhart at each visit. I did so this time, and also requested to speak to Mehgan Flammer which I did. She not only came out of her office to meet me, but spent probably 10 minutes chatting with me on a variety of issues, as well as the dealership and Ford cars in general. We really like dealing with Flammer, as it is a smaller dealership, so the feeling of being not only a customer, but part of the gang is awlays prevelant. Having professional sales people such as Tom Saffero on their staff to assists with your buying decision is a real added bonus. Their finance department is invaluable when it comes time to select a finance plan that is best suited to your budgetary needs. Follow up after the sale as well as after each service visit is excellent. Over the past twelve years I have purchased three vehicles from Karl Flammer Ford. In each case I was always treated professionally and with respect. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime however, the most pleasurable transactions were with Karl Flammer Ford. The sales experience is always a pleasure but the service is what keeps me coming back. Oh, yes there really is a Karl Flammer. My truck was left there over memorial day weekend. When i received it back, there was a crack in my windshield & they spun my new tires which caused a flat spot. No apology. Horrible service! I recently had my F150 serviced at the dealership and once again was very pleased with the service performed and rapid turn-around time. department. In the past I've taken fleet vehicles to Karl Flammer for service and have always been very satisfied. Last week I needed service on my wife's personal vehicle. No one looks forward to having their car serviced as it is sure to separate you from your time and money. That being said Mike Palermo made this about as good an experience as one can have getting a vehicle serviced. What a great representative he is for the dealership. Also Wayne, Todd, Ernie and Joe were professional, pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Way to go Karl Flammer Ford!!
