RENEWED MY FAITH IN KARP....FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE When I leased my Kia in 2015 I tried working with Karp first, after all it was 5 minutes from home. It was the worst experience I ever had with a sal When I leased my Kia in 2015 I tried working with Karp first, after all it was 5 minutes from home. It was the worst experience I ever had with a sales team of any kind. I went elsewhere....very far from my home and extremely inconvenient. So when my lease was up this April I decided to give Karp a call....explain my last experience and my hope to try working with them again. WOW.....WOW....how grateful am I that Audley Bullock took my call. I was very specific about what I wanted and had no intention of swaying from my choice....yet at first glance my 2018 Sportage didn't exist anywhere. Well I think Audley went home and build me one himself exactly how I wanted it because within less than a week it was there at the dealership. He was honest, courteous, knowledgeable, personable, quick to respond and not once did I have to step into the dealership until it was time to pick up my ride. When I did it took all of 90 minutes and I was in and out....on the road with the sunroof open. There are lots of options out there but when you can work with someone that make the process a pleasurable and easy one for me that makes all the difference in what I purchase and where I purchase it. Beyond Amazing - PAINLESS leasing!! Had leased an Optima Hybrid before from another dealer, because they gave me the best price (at the time) and I HADN'T gone to Karp! What a mistake! MIKE ROSENBERG gave me the BEST price I've ever received! He didn't rush me, try to change figures or play any games. I am a picky old lady, and I wanted the best price, a certain color outside AND inside, and the tech package. He got it ALL for me. He did all the paperwork (insurance, plate transfer, everything) - all I did was show up to give them my downpayment and sign the papers - it was all done EXACTLY as he said it would.
