Excellent experience. I continue to have great experiences with Amos and Phil in Sales, and Nick in the Service area. They have been responsive and made me feel important and above all, in control of my choices and decision making. I wasn't pressured or made to feel like I was wasting anyone's time. Website I started looking for a new car for me on the Kearns website. It was so easy to find the type of vehicle that I wanted. I went right to the inventory I started looking for a new car for me on the Kearns website. It was so easy to find the type of vehicle that I wanted. I went right to the inventory tab and viewed each car. Each choice had a detailed description of every feature that I wanted. The pictures were of every side and very detailed. Even pictures of the tires were clear as well as inside the engine and interior. When I came into the dealership to see the car, it was like I already knew what to expect! Grant helped me understand each option and even helped me set up my Bluetooth and took our picture. He did everything with kindness. Shopping online before you get to a dealership helped me feel prepared. Thank you Grant. More

True to their word I recently bought a car from them. Within hours my new car had serious issues. They were quick to respond and took care of me and my car. They brought me down another car that I could drive until mine was repaired. My repair included getting an entire new engine. They were wonderful about calming my fears and listening to my frustrations. Jacob Cipriano was amazing as well as the service managers. More

Everyone was very friendly before and during my visit, and Gaston remembered me when I came back a week later to pick up my old car! I bought from out of state, however, and I'm still waiting on the title to be sent to me in the mail. In 10 days, I won't be able to legally drive the vehicle with the temp plates and I would have preferred to have been able to take care of this by now. Also I had to get two new tires ($440) because the back two were bald so I would have liked to have that taken out of the price! BUT! My experience at the dealership was awesome. More

Outstanding customer service!!!! I bought my new truck from these people expecting abnormal dealership experience: this is not what I got. Instead I got a no pressure, helpful, and ea I bought my new truck from these people expecting abnormal dealership experience: this is not what I got. Instead I got a no pressure, helpful, and easy purchase. I got a fair price on my trade in and the vehicle I was looking at. When I got the truck home I had a few small issues (coolant leak and small diesel leak), I called Nick in service and was told to bring it in asap and they would take care of it. Everything was done fast, free of charge, and they even gave me a block heater just because I had to drive out there a few times. Then a few weeks later I had a more serious issue; my transfer case blew up and the front driveshaft went bad. I had purchased the extended warranty so I wasn't too concerned, I was then informed by the insurance company that my truck did not qualify for the warranty that I paid for. So instead of running me through the ringer, my salesmen, Phil and Amos, figured out I was offered the wrong warranty, switched me over at no additional cost, and got the parts ordered for me. I told them I would need a vehicle for the weekend and they only asked for my address so a vehicle could be delivered to my driveway. I got home to no vehicle, called Phil. Instead of an excuse he told me I ruined his surprise. They overnighted the parts, fixed my truck in one day and already had loaded up on a truck and being delivered to me. His reasoning; "I thought you would really like to have your truck back for doing a job like that." Their flatbed driver, Scott, was not angry that he spent 1.5 hours driving through traffic after his day was supposed to be over, in fact he got out with a smile and was laughing. He, too, was just glad I had my truck back. This is a long review but in the end the customer service at this company is beyond outstanding. They took care of me 100% and I have been spreading their name like wildfire. If you need a new vehicle, PLEASE go to Kearns; you WILL NOT regret the decision!!!! More
