It seems that if you are not local, you will be ignored or forgotten. I had purchased a Hummer EV1 from this dealership. I have asked their Julien in their finance department multiple times for the extended warranty information I purchased. I'm told it's in the contract. The contract has the name of the warranty company. Since then, I have asked twice with no information provided. 3. Delivery was supposed to pick up the trade-in at the same time, but did not. I had to contact my manager to get approval to leave it over the weekend since I can only drive one vehicle at a time. I had informed them I was leaving that evening and would be out of the country for four days. 4. After flying back, I had to drive home and take an Uber to work so I could get the trade-in out of the parking lot. 5. The EV Charger provided with the Vehicle is defective out of the gate and will require me to drop it off at a dealership to diagnose. More
