Had an appointment for service but had to wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes. The service was for first 5,000 miles and was for oil change and tire rotation but it does not appear (per invoice) anything w for 15 to 20 minutes. The service was for first 5,000 miles and was for oil change and tire rotation but it does not appear (per invoice) anything was completed. Maybe inspections only. Why do we get paperwork that shows an oil change is needed but per service department did not complete. Appears to be a waste of several hours of my time. Thank you More
