The new Car sales Manager is the manipulator of all players. He gave me a price on a new kia by increasing the MSRP of 4k. He couldn't even honor the price which was on the Website - price was 56k. He quoted me 58k. I wanted talk to manager to try and make them understand the difference between rebates and dealer discount but lol they didn't understand and wish to ignore it. I Asked if I can talk to the General Manager and see and go through with it, I was totally ignore and was told that he will tell him himself but won't give his direct contact. Stay away from the Zach Laundry,, they don't want customers it seems. More
