I had some questions when arriving but laid it out-if they did not compare to another dealership I had an appointment with that day my business would be lost. Now there gentlemen made it clear from the start I would never leave without a great deal. I had heard this time and again as a continued buyer. Let me say-in a first time ever experience at this dealership I really did receive the best customer service ever-ever-ever..... I do customer service for my profession really understand the expectations set forth. I received expert kind assistance from Ben (sales manager) Tarion H. (the internet manager) and Chris Perry my chosen salesperson. I chose Chris because he very friendly down to earth nice person I enjoyed my entire visit. In another first Chris actually did take responsibility for my requirements he set aside time with Ben to negotiate my deal took care of detailing the car and set up times for me to return for a scratch repair. Ben gave me a really nice set of all weather car mats for me and Chris placed the order followed up to make sure they delivered and today placed them in my vehicle. I am ecstatic by this point....I returned gave a spare key to my trade as Mr. Tarion Hale kept me company as they reset a door code. I have never n all my years been so totally impressed with customer service, sales and really good deal. I only wished I had visited this dealership trades ago.... In special thanks to Ben for holding my % to our agreed amount despite pressure from finance to increase this number. I could go and on.......I highly recommend this group I wished I could post a picture of my beautiful new focus....... More

So after working numbers I felt overwhelmed. So I left. That night I Sat at my laptop and contacted them via chat. I was connected with Tatianna[spell check] she was quick, rapid and expeditious. I mean every question I asked she explained it thoroughly I was not left in the dark for anything. She sent me an email with the Keith Hawthorne advantage and also sent me a text stating she would not be there When I arrive But someone she trust would assist me. And that SHE DID. Matt and Miguel was a contentment. It was truly a bliss. One kink with the trade but Tatianna texted me back explaining that as well. I eventually brought 2 New Explorers. We love them, I came back 3 days consecutively and Miguel, Tatianna and Matt greeted me with smiles and hugs. If you don't buy from them at least experience the Keith Hawthorne car buying experience. Horrible service I am a young car buyer after they took advantage of me they screwed me. This is the second chance I have given them and both times were horrible. After being told my car came with Sirius radio and showed on the test drive that it had Sirius and only 7 miles on the car. When I pulled off the lot my car had 85 miles on it and no Sirius. So as if swapping cars was not bad enough when I drove straight back to the dealer I was told that it would be made right. Like you can make switching cars right. It has been four months and finally someone there gave up and told me so sorry for my bad luck and to get lost. I have be n yelled at avoided, hung up the on and called a liar. Go any where else but here trust me save yourself so trouble. More

Service I recently brought my car in for a new clutch. They explained what it would take and then informed me it would be a couple days. A WEEK LATER, I call asking when I can expect my car, as I am here visiting and I have been missing work for this service. I am told that the car would be done late afternoon. Evening rolls around, and I am called being told that they went to complete the car, and all of the parts were NOT in the box!!!! So the parts had to be overnighted and the car will be ready the next day. All the while, I have no car to drive, and the dealership did not even offer a rental while the repairs were being made. At then end, the only thing I was offered was a whopping $75 off the total price. No honesty, no work, no help. Not to mention, I picked up my car, still in question as to if the problem had been fix, AND there was grease covering my seat and floor mats and door paneling. Not even the decency to but something down first. More

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! Salesman lied to us...Finance Manager lied to us! We were told from the start that they had the title for the used truck we were buying from them. Then they changed the story to "you'll have the title in 3-4 days". Well, it took almost a month to get the title for a vehicle which we paid for in full with a certified check. RIDICULOUS! Believe the reviews on here. This place is not a reputable dealer. Typical used car salesmen bull crap!!! AVOID THEM!!!!! More
