Still wanting you do our due diligence, we went to several other dealerships to test drive other vehicles. The combination of the quality of the RAV 4, plus Ed’s approach, brought us back to Keith Pierson. We got a great deal, and the service after the sale has been top notch. Turns out that Ed had just started work there, and we we’re the first ones to buy a car from him. We got to participate in their ritual- cutting the tie of the salesman who sold his first car. But when the finance man presented me with their deal he had added an additional maintenance charge and wanted me to accept a 14% loan. So someone who ended up paying cash for the car didn't qualify for their best deal??? It left a bad taste in my mouth about the closing. More
