What I thought was the best dealership soon became the worst. In 2019 I drove from NJ to PA 3 1/2 hours and purchased a $85000.00 Ram 3500 Longhorn from them, they did everything great. 4 years later now worst. In 2019 I drove from NJ to PA 3 1/2 hours and purchased a $85000.00 Ram 3500 Longhorn from them, they did everything great. 4 years later now living in the Florida Keys 30 hours from them I decided to buy a new $100,000.00 Ram Longhorn. They traded in my truck and ordered a new truck. they said they had to have my truck now to do this deal, that was April 23. I agreed and did the deal. They ordered the truck and shortly after told me a new Calander year was changing so the truck would be a 24 instead of a 23. The order should have been three months to get. After calling and calling to see what is taking so long the truck finally came in Nov 30th(7 months later) They send me pictures of the new truck to find out they ordered the wrong truck. They started blaming everyone except themselves. I spoke to Gary a manager who did nothing to rectify the problem. I spoke to my salesmen who also did nothing. They just left me hanging. After 5 days of no return phone calls I called to find out what are they going to do. Was told nothing, order a new truck or they will give me my money back. I buy a new truck every 3 to 4 years and that's what they think of a great customer. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE PROBLEM. DON'T BUY FROM THEM> More

I bought a pre owned Jeep Willys in January 2023. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and competent. The finance department was great to deal with. The service department however was a disaster. I had warranty work to complete and it was nothing but misinformation and lack of communication the entire time. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER 2023! My husband went to get his truck inspected and it turns out that Keller Bros had transferred the WRONG tag to the new Jeep. He has been driving without a valid registration and tag for 7 MONTHS! And naturally they want to claim ignorance about the entire event. The out of pocket for us is over $200 to get this mess cleared up. STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!! More

I’ve lived in 4 states and have owned over 30 cars (muscle car collector) and I can honestly say Keller Bros is the friendliest and most straightforward dealership I’ve ever worked with and purchased (muscle car collector) and I can honestly say Keller Bros is the friendliest and most straightforward dealership I’ve ever worked with and purchased from.
