Our experience with leasing our Verano was excellent. Anthony Jayetileke was very helpful and personable from the first contact through the total experience. The leasing and purchase options were clearly explained. We had ample time to drive the demo and deal with questions
about the car itself. The financial arrangements were good for either option, though we decided on leasing. The paperwork was long, as usual, but was also clearly explained. We felt as comfortable as possible when making a commitment like this. Anthony was an outstanding
representative for Buick customer service.

Mike (title is business mgr.) and my husband and I go back 15 years and we have dealt with him on financing our car and he is asset to have in your dealership. Mike is a person that knows his customers and which sales person to put them with. Nick was a great sales person he was friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and never did he rush through any part of the proses to just make a sale. He was so willing to please us that my husband had to work and he is a truck driver so his days can be long, so I signed the paperwork in the morning and Nick brought the deal home with him and came out to meet with us at 10:00pm for my husband to sign the deal, as to not put a buried on us to get him to the dealership by 9:00pm to sign. There are not a lot of dealerships that keep employees for many years but I as a customer will always go back to the same people to do business with because of the trust that is built. We have bought 7 new car over the years from Kelley Dealerships through out the Le High Valley area and due to the people over those years which have only been 4 have always ways been the type of people that go the extra mile that is really not needed. Well enough about this Nick was the one who really went to the extra mile by meeting us late at night on his own time to finish signing the deal, and for that being said, I thank you for allowing me to take part in the survey. Everyone was extremely helpful in understanding to our needs.Nick, took the time to give me a test ride in the car and explain everything to me thoroughly. We are and this new service that they offer the" Kelly trade cycle".Blake, took his time explaining everything to us about the financial side of this deal. Michael took the time to explain to me all the different types of vehicles available. Nick, is one person who gave us all of this time to help us finalize our decision.I appreciate Nick, help very much because I will always be able to go back to him and get the help that I need.I would recommend this dealership, and Nick Paxos, with his team of helpers. Everyone contributed, with all their expertise, knowledge.

Nick Paxos was professional and courteous. He took care of us in our purchase of a 2007 BMW. I can't say the same about the "higher ups". They tried to give us the highest interest rate, not even checking to see what my credit score was (which is over 800). After saying something, they did finally get me an excellent rate. However I can't say enough about Nick Paxos. He was very nice and a great and friendly salesman to work with.

My lease on my Subaru was almost up. My wife just purchased a new car from Kelly and insisted I come talk to Nick Paxos about another car. I was impressed with the deal he could get me on a new Buick Verona. I like the new car and comfortable with the deal. Kelly has a nice selection and a nice garage to work with.

I bought a Buick Encore from Nick Paxos at Kelly. I went to the garage for service on my GMC. But I started looking and Nick was very patient with me. He took the time to understand what I really needed and also what I wanted. He found what I needed and wanted and worked to get me the deal I was comfortable with. He was fun to deal with. I will buy from Kelly again and would buy from Nick.

This dealer was very accommodated to me on a car that they just got in and not quite ready for sale. Very friendly atmosphere & no pressures on negotiating.
