My Review of Kelly Buick GMC:
I went to Kelly and had a very good experience buying a used GMC Terrain. Mike Holmwood was very helpful, and I never felt like i was pushed into anything. The whole time he just really seemed like he wanted to help me. I didn't feel like i was sold anything...i felt like i bought something. That's the best way I can put it.
I think also they have an overall good operation going on over there, and the free car washes are sweet too ;)
Everyone seemed very helpful and friendly and if i was standing around they asked if I needed anything. I'm sure the other guys are good too but i can only vouch for Mike, so if he's available I highly recommend him if you want to have a breeze of a car buying experience.

My Review of Kelly Buick GMC:
Buying a vehicle is certainly not on the top of my list for fun. However, Mike worked with me and it was a better experience than I have had at other dealerships. I research everything before I go to the dealership and Mike listened to the concerns I had with the purchase of the new GMC Sierra. After much discussion, we did reach an agreement for the purchase of the vehicle. I needed a vehicle immediately because our vehicle just quit, Mike allowed me to take the truck so my husband could see it, and drive it. The dealership also worked with us concerning the closing of the deal. I have a "4" for overall experience just because I do not enjoy the purchasing of vehicles, not because of the dealership or Mike, and the Price on all vehicles these days are just way out of control, so therefore, rating was also a "4". The things which count the most in my book is Customer Service, Friendliness and Quality of work. Mike did his absolute best to get us what he was allowed. I would go back there to purchase another vehicle, however, not to soon, because like I said, Vehicle purchases are just not my thing. I hate the negotiating process. But thanks to all!!!

My Review of Kelly Buick GMC:
I went to Kelly Buick in search of a 2012 Regal GS Carbon Black with an automatic. I had been looking online and all of them were 6 speed manuals. I was introduced to a saleman Mike Holmwood, He was very upbeat and wanted to find me a car. After writing down everything that I was looking for, he said to give him a day or two and he would have one. I got a call the next day and he had two cars lined up for a dealer trade. Unfortunately, after a week of hagling with the one dealer they didn't want to trade. Kelly had never dealt with those other dealerships and they weren't too willing to let the car go for the price we agreed to. It was wednesday and Mike was persistent said he was doing another search that day and he would get back to me asap. He called me a few hours later and said he found one in Connecticut with a dealer that they have dealt with in the past and it was mine...YES!!! They went up to get it the next day, detailed it on Friday and I was sitting in my new car on Saturday morning. It took a little while to hammer out the loan and get the payment where I wanted to be after agreeing on the extra 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. But, it worked out and I'm feeling realy good about the extra warranty that they sold me. And to top it off, I get free car washes for as long as I own my car...Just Awesome. Thanks Mike and everyone who made my car buying experience very pleasant. Scott Anderson

I was treated with the upmost respect and everyone my father and I worked with were awesome!! They accepted my offer and worked with the numbers until coming back and giving me the exact price I wanted to pay monthly for the car! Dave was so friendly and honest. You do not meet too many salesmen like him! He did all he can for us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant "adventure!" I would highly recommend Kelly Buick/GMC Emmaus, PA to ANYONE! I love my new SUV and I can honestly say you would have the same excellent service and experience I had!! Hopefully you go there, ask for Dave, and have the same experience I did...yet I have confidence that you will!!!! Thank you Crystal! Bethlehem, PA

Our email responses were answered promptly. Appointments were made quickly and easily. No one tried to up-sell us. Levi and his manager worked with us for a number of hours without any pressure to make a decision. They showed us additional cars and told us the pros and cons from their perspective. They allowed us to take cars to our mechanic to get their opinion on condition, etc. They stayed past closing one evening to allow us to continue looking at some of our options. We purchased from the dealership and were able to take possession the same day we made our choice.

Excellent customer service; we were treated with respect!

Very low pressure dealership, they put my mind at ease by listening to my needs and finding the right car for me and my budget. Dave Bucey is the type of salesman that people stick with for a long time. He is polite, knowledgable, and takes his time to ensure customer satisfaction. Brian is the sales manager and also made sure the car fit my budget. I couldnt imagine buying a car anywhere else!

Bruce Dubois was great! He doesnt leave you hanging. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. No empty promises with him. He follows up (like no other) on what he promised and follows through on his deal. I would recommend Kelly Buick GMC, more specifically, Bruce Dubois. This guy has his job down and you can tell hes a pro at satifying his customers with great customer service. I am thouroughly satisfied with the experience of buying my car from him and when its time to buy another car, I hope hes still in the business because he will have me as a customer. A+++++
