I went to Kelly Honda with a guaranteed savings certificate from Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and they quickly accepted it without any problems. I also had to wait for some paperwork to go through with PedFed before I received my financing, and Jeremy and Fred were very patient and helpful during this process. Since I bought the car, Jeremy has called to check in with me to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I definitely am, and I will recommend Kelly Honda to anyone who is looking for a dealership in the future!

New customer with Kelly Honda ... was reluctant to go to a new dealership for a car; however, I had heard great things both personally and online in reference to the dealership. I dealt with Mike Steinhoff for the purchase, and he was great. Absolutely no sales pressure and was

I came into Kelly Honda because my three-year lease was up on my 2010 Honda CR-V and I wanted to speak with a sales consultant about buying the car that I had been leasing. I was dead-set on doing another lease, but after speaking with Walter Sugrue, I felt comfortable leasing another CR-V. He didn't pressure me, he explained my options, and after listening to what he had to say, I decided on another lease.

My overall experience at the Honda dealership and with Brandon was very good. I left with the car I wanted at a great price. Everyone made a point of making the process go quickly and stress free. I would absolutely recommend Brandon to any one of my friends, he was professional and seemed very caring of the customer, explaining things as the process moved forward.

Julie listened to every detail of what we told her, we were so impressed and thankful! I leased a 2013 Honda Civic after a detailed discussion with Walter Sugrue. I had gone to Kelly Honda not sure that I would actually lease a car, but I decided to make this purchase because he took the time to very clearly explain the benefits of leasing a 2013 Civic. He was down to earth, did not pressure me, but made me feel confident in making my decision to lease. During the test drive, he made sure I understood all of the features on the car and emphasized that I should call or come in anytime I had questions. I believed that he meant this and knew that I would feel comfortable taking him up on his offer.

I also talked with the business officer, Fred Dalton. He very carefully explained the leasing process and let me know exactly what to expect in terms of my obligations. Like Walter, Fred was friendly and open in his conversations with me. He also did not pressure me in any way. When I talked with him the next day, he took the time to answer my questions and also told me to feel free to come back in if I had any problems.

My experience with both of these men far exceeded my expectations, and the whole process of selecting and leasing my car was pleasant and not at all stressful.

The staff at Kelly Honda on the Lynnway in Lynn was exceptional. The staff was very attentive and answered all of the questions. They also followed up to assist in making the transactions very smooth. We look forward to a future relationship with Kelly Honda in Lynn.
