We were considering several different compact SUVs, including the VW Tiguan. Jose Vazquez responded promptly to our online request for pricing and vehicle information. Specifically, Jose gave us a friendly and clear answer about the specific vehicle and options we were interested in, as opposed to other area dealerships we had dealt with (though not all were VW dealerships.) Jose also made an appointment for us to come in and meet with him. Jose was unavailable when we arrived, but Tom Colpitts stepped in and took care of us without missing a beat. Negotiating a final price with Tom was a transparent and painless process. When we came to pick up our new car a few days later, Tom walked us through all the features of the Tiguan, even synching my phone and adding radio pre-sets with me. Considering my previous vehicle is 10 years old, it was extremely helpful to go over all the new technology in the 2013 Tiguan. Tom definitely knows his product!

i saw a 2012 gti on cars.com and loved it. i got approved over the phone for the loan. I went down there on the following saturday. the kelly team had the car all set up for me to go on my first drive with the car. The gti drove great and we went inside to do some paper work. Jason Eisnor is the online sales rep and was very nice and helpful over the phone. Chris Listro took over for the test drive and the sale. Kendra was the person who helped finish up all of the paper work that comes with buying a car. The following monday the car was delivered to maine (where i live) with a full tank of gas. Chris then helped me with the new paper work to get plates on the car. everyone i spoke to was very helpful. Later that day it turns out i messed up on some of the loan paper work and Kendra was very helpful in helping me figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. The problem was on my end on not on their end. I still love the new gti and have had zero issues with it. i tell everyone who asks where i found my new car and how nice it was to deal with a group of people who are not pushy and want to help answer questions. i would take the time to drive back down to mass when i or another friend needs a new car. I shopped many dealerships and brands and I found Kelly to be the only one to meet my pricing needs after many emails back and forth they did their very best to satisfy me and make the deal. Got a great deal with zero hassles. Brenden was great - no pressure, no gimics, just honest answers to my questions and lots of help when I needed it. Kelly matched the lowest quote I had from two other dealers which was a good thing because Kelly is closer to my home than the other North Shore VW dealers, so the choice was obvious. Even though I didn't need parts I talked to the guys in the parts department and they were incredibly helpful in answering my questions too. I'm absolutely happy with my VW and feel great about purchasing it at Kelly. No regrets at all. None.

The customer service was great because he found what I was looking for. The quality of his work ethnics was also great because he made it understandable. I really enjoyed working with him; he was very nice to me. The overall experience of working with this dealership was excellent. The dealer made the process easy and simple. the price of my vehicle was just good because it was a good price to pay for the mileage and the overall car itself.

I went to Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers, MA and was dreading the process of purchasing a car and dealing with all of the bartering that usually takes place. The first day I meet a gentlemen named Tom Colpetts that was very pleasant and gave me a relaxed feeling. I told him that I would bring my husband back on the weekend and he gave me his card and said he would be very happy to help us. I wasn't planning to make a decision that weekend, but when we got there and worked with Tom and loved the car, it was effortless for us and absolutely a pleasure to finalize that day. Just recently purchased my second car from this dealership. The friendly staff made the extra effort to make sure that all my concerns were answered and that we left with the right car for us and at the right price.
