I was skeptical going in to the dealership knowing how some sales personnel can be, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of courtesy my mother and I were shown. Jon was friendly, honest and at no time did I feel any pressure to purchase a car. The car spoke for itself and after a test drive I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Financing was explained in laymans terms and at no time did I feel cheated or taken advantage of. Actually the opposite. They gave me an extremely generous offer on my trade in at almost $1000.00 over Kelley Blue Book, and helped me get the financing that was good for me. Jon and Jay were awesome and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. When I picked up my car the process was quick and my new Jeep looked beautiful. I was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. I've never wanted to take a car back to a dealership for maintenance but I will continue to deal with this dealership as my future needs dictate. They ROCKED!!! More

The reason for my wonderful review of Ganley Chrysler is based off the fact that my experience, overall, was excellent. The entire auto/service body shop staff, headed by Randy, treated me and my car with the utmost respect. The turn around to get my car took a little longer than I expected. However, come to find out the care and quality of work put into the fixing of my car was astounding. Randy was polite and accomadating every time I came to shop to check on the progress. The team of which he has assembled and manages works with profound excellence. Randy oversaw the entire project. He was working when I came to pick it up and continued showing the care, respect, friendliness and customer service he showed throughout the entire process. I would recommend this dealership shop to anyone in need of car repairs. More
