They said my vehicle would be ready in week and had all the part to fix it for the recall. The day I was supposed to pick it up I had to call them to find out it wasn’t ready and they had to order parts fo the part to fix it for the recall. When I finally got it back the work order said it wasn’t ready done on a Friday but they told me it wasn’t going to be ready until Monday. They don’t return phone calls and trying to make an appointment is very frustrating. I will not be buying another vehicle from any of there dealers again! More

I spent $250 to install a new hood latch and still won't close...They told me the cable was bad and now I'm sure if they installed a new cable.
