He was quite patient and polite (no pressure, in any way), working with us as we made our decision, as we were not sure if we wanted to buy just yet. After thorough thought and evaluation, we did decide to buy. Mark was instrumental in making sure that the accessories we requested were installed on the car and the vehicle was prepped for our agreed upon pick-up time. Mark took the time to thoroughly acquaint us with the features of the vehicle and answered our question about the equipped technology and operation before we drove it off of the lot. Easy Transaction I received a mass mailout regarding turning in my current leased car for a newer or different car. I e-mailed to the address and said that I did not I received a mass mailout regarding turning in my current leased car for a newer or different car. I e-mailed to the address and said that I did not think I qualified for this program. But they got back to me immediately and in less than a week I had a 2015 Rav 4 with a new lease, no money down and the payment was slightly less than what I was paying for my 2011 Rav 4. They even let me read the lease agreement ahead of time. More
