Ryan figured out a way to get that car within my budget by utilizing a Toyota rebate and getting last year's model. I felt that I was valued as a customer regardless of my price range. Frank Bystricky handled the financial part of the transaction. He clearly explained the different options and made recommendations. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with his explanations. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. I researched what I should expect and braced myself. While I've always had good experiences with the service department, in 2003, I had quite a stressful sales experience when the salesman tried to sell me a Camry with the wrong color interior. He told me I was mistaken, etc. Lo and behold, when I showed up to pick up my new 2012 Camry last week, it had the wrong color interior! At least this time, Drew Vance was up front about it and didn't pressure me. When I let him know that I really wanted the Ash interior, he had someone look for it online. When they found it, and they ordered the body side molding to be installed when delivered. They also flipped the VIN so we could get the financial paperwork done so there wouldn't be any problem meeting the deadline to take advantage of the $750 incentive, etc. Overall, a much better experience than the last time. More
