Stay away from Ganley, they act like your best friend until you sign the papers, then they just ignore you. Jeremy Eisenberg thier assistant general manager is very unprofessional. I called multiple times a week for months and wrote letters. He did call me back 1 time just to tell me he will call me back again. I bought an 08 Evolution from them with a factory warranty and after 3 months of owning the car the motor blew up and left me with a 10-15,000$ bill for a new engine plus the 25k i dished out for the car. The dealership neglected to inform me there was aftermarket parts on the car when I purchased the vehicle. I recently heard similar stories from other customers having the same issues. The Service Director Pete Spacagna is a terrible individual and is very unprofessional. It's Amazing that such a large dealer could stay in business with such bad customer service, they think that since they are a big dealer 1 customer doesn't mean anything, I am determined to get my car fixed MR.
