It’s a great dealership and the people were very friendly and they handled everything in a timely manner and were very professional. The only complaint that I had was they are fairly firm on the price of the vehicles and won’t really go that far down on price, they’ve gotta make money, and I understand that. I was just hoping they would have given me an amazing deal, but I can’t complain to much because I got what I wanted and I’m happy with the outcome. I’m just a cheapskate🤣 More

Overall it was an okay experience. The first day we came in, sales rep was mostly friendly. His vehicle knowledge to be able to answer my questions wasn’t very good. I had some concerns that I had researched online and he wasn’t very tolerant of those concerns and tried to dismiss them as misconceptions or misunderstandings. He was professional enough that I didn’t request a different salesman, but not enough for me to want to use or recommend him again. They didn’t have any models of the vehicle we were looking for on the lot. Only reason we didn’t go to another Honda dealership is because the exact car we wanted was already enroute to dealership for delivery. As far as the finance agent, he was also mostly professional, but he got pretty aggressive when we didn’t show much interest in getting all the extra coverage and extensions. I actually asked for some privacy so my wife and I could talk together without his aggressive and dismissive opinion. Both of these agents were nice and professional enough to not walk out of the dealership, but there is a lot to be desired as representatives. More
