This is by far the best experience we have had at a dealership and we have bought many cars over the years. To start off with, there is not the usual phony tricks, and pressure filled haggling that yo dealership and we have bought many cars over the years. This dealership did things for us that no other dealership could. They were able to get us out of our upside down situation without adding much if any to the total price of the car. We bought a 2011 Nissan Altima and got a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and kind to us and we felt like they really cared about us. they went the extra mile, and out of their way to help us to get a great deal and a car that we loved and that would work for us. There was absolutely no pressure involved, they are doing things differently and it shows. Daniel Baldwin was exceptional and very comfortable to work with and did everything to help us feel welcome and to make us happy. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Maw was a hoot and very friendly, he had a great personality and explained all the finances very thoroughly. Overall everyone there were just real people, and they took an interest in helping us, they were all very honest and. If you really don't want to "get jerked around" and just want great deals go see Daniel or Email them. That is one thing I really liked about Ken Garff Nissan of Riverdale, is that they were willing to work things out through email which makes it very easy and convenient. I had most of the details worked out before even getting to the dealership. Best Nissan dealer around hands down, give them a try you will be glad you did. We told Lawrence what we were interested in and what our budget was, and he didn't push us to look at anything else. We had his full attention the whole time we were there, and we were even able to leave the dealership in the vehicle we were interested in for an hour to eat lunch while they looked over our trade-in! He made sure our purchase was detailed and totally ready for us to drive home later that day! It was also pretty awesome to hear that the his manager was a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan like we are :) More

I felt he was defensive and arrogant in trying to get additional information on the incentive pricing structure that we had questions on. I received exceptional service from Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale!!! They had a great selection and when I researched the Maxima that I was looking at purchasing, their price was by far the best. Jana helped me when I called in and answered all the questions I had on the cars and even sent me additional photos- she was extremely genuine and friendly and felt that both she and Lawrence went above and beyond our expectations. Lawrence was extremely helpful, he took the time to show us all of the extras on the car and even helped us program our bluetooth. When we went to finance Ethan was very helpful and explained all of our paperwork very thoroughly. I will definitely be working with Jana and Lawrence in the future and will recommend all of my friends and family to them!!!! More
