When we first pulled in Dan was right their and helped us. He helped us 4 years ago when we bought the last company trucks. They spent a lot of time locating the colors and accessories we wanted and had to bring in trucks from other lots. The had them all their the next day with all the accessories put on and cleaned up and ready to go. Dan went over all the features of the trucks with us individually and help us set up certain features. I don't think I could have been more pleased with the service I received from here. Next car or truck I buy I will come here for sure. More

In Feb 2010 my wife and I bought my 07 Ram out of it's lease and also purchased a used 05 Nissan Altima. The lease purchase went very smooth but the salesman Joe Trenn tried to sell us the Altima for $3k lease and also purchased a used 05 Nissan Altima. Evidentally he's never heard of the internet and smart phone. My wife and I actually had to have the price reduced with the finance manager to get to blue book. The salesman here are crooked. No big surprise. Typical car salesman. The day I find a truely honest car salesman will be the day they EARN my business for life. Needless to say I won't be returning to this dealership unless they can provide a salesman that's honest and trustworthy. Atleast the facility was clean and inviting. More

I was expecting a good experience, but ended up with a great experience. After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I had a bitter taste in my mouth when it came to car shopping, sales agen great experience. I had no intention of buying a new car when I visited the ken garff dealership. A short, cocky sales agent more or less gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and told me to drive it. He gave me no information on the jeep I was about to drive. I returned and left with no lasting impression. After my husband and I had a discussion we decided to try again. This time we spoke to Natalia Lafollette. Natalia reviewed our choices with us, explaining literally every feature and cost with us. We decided on color and features. However the dealership did not have it on their lot. Natalia assured me I could return the next day and they would have it. Returning the next day was the best thing I did. Natalia true to her word found my jeep and I love it. Best experience ever! More

We had to bring in our 2006 jeep liberty to have all four of our window liftplates replaced. Carlos was very helpful and kept us informed and worked very hard to make sure we didnt have to spend any money ou of our window liftplates replaced. After shopping and researching the new Jeep Cherokee we were pleasantly surprised to find an Overland at Ken Garff, since we had not been able to find one before yesterday. He is knowledgeable & friendly and we appreciate his low-pressure sales method, allowing us to make decisions in our own timeframe. All the employees were very nice, making us feel quite comfortable. Walker answered some questions and made sure we had our flowers before we left, offering his assistance - whatever we may need in the future. The Accessories Department is very nice and Rich was very good with his tutorial and presentation. We enjoyed chatting with Mr. Kennedy in the Finance Office. He seems like a good guy. The Jeep is so beautiful and after driving it home for an hour through a steep canyon, we couldn't be more pleased.
