My Review of Kendall Chevrolet Cadillac:
All the guys at Kendall Chevrolet were amazingly friendly! It was quite a process for me as I'm a student and needed to end up getting a co-signer so that I could get into my car. The guys were very up front about my options...they didn't waste my time and they made me feel that I was being treated fairly and honestly. When I came in with my dad to finally do everything I got the same guy I'd been working with the entire time. Alan was amazing! He was friendly, to the point, and enthusiastic for me and with me! They cleaned the car, filled the tank up, and made it look amazing while we were doing paperwork with Mark, who was also a great guy! He got me an extended warranty and fit it into my monthly payments range and into my overall budget that I wanted to stay within while financing. The terms were great and he was a pleasure to work with! They gave me an excellent value on my trade in and I would recommend them to any person out there looking for excellent service, no hassle and up front people, and a great car buying experience!

You spoil me! It is so convenient to bring my car in for service. Your courtesy cars and friendly drivers are so accomodating. The service folk even go tap the Honda courtesy driver if I've just missed yours so I can get promptly back to work downtown. Good prices. I feel confident when you assess whatsup with my ride. Thanks to all of you.

My Review of Kendall Chevrolet Cadillac:
I have had several new car sales experiences and this was THE BEST experience I have ever had including your financial-recovering-lawyer-guru Mark. You need people like these men in your Subaru Dealership on Coburg Road. I tell people not to go there, but I would definitely recommend this dealership above all else! Thank you so very much and the pleasure was all mine except for one small thing. BTW... The car I traded in had a full tank of gas. I had just filled it the day before I received the $35,000 Cadillac SRX with only a 1/4 tank of gas. That just does not seem quite right in my opinion.

And then, there is Mark to the rescue, the valliant and handsome Mark coming to the damsel in distress over gas and offers the nice lady to come in and see him the next time she needs gas. Ooooh, I can't wait!!!!!!

Thank you all so much. I really love my Caddy!

Nothing wrong with dealership - it's Chevy. Most of us had our expectation level raised with Japanese cars. I bought American and it never occured to me that I would have to purchase my security screen seperatey. Come On!

After several poor experiences at a different Cadillac service shop, I drove to Eugene to try Kendall. Very happy with the customer service I received from Josh. It's almost an hour away from my home, but worth the trip to get reliable service.

My Review of Kendall Chevrolet Cadillac:
We had a defective exhaust manifold and gaskets replaced on our 2008 Chevy Malibu. Service was efficient and timely. Bret provided good communication about the problem and solution. This work was covered under powertrain warranty. We purchased the car used from Kendall in 2010. The purchase was a good experience and the folks at Kendall are professional, competent and responsive to our concerns and questions.

On(10/8/11)took our 2011 Chevy Cruze car in for oil change was told it needed some work they made appt took it back they didnt have the part. Finally after all day long they found a part to put on our car. They treated me like I was a dumb blonde.. I did not appreciate that at all. We will not buy another vehicle from Kendall. plus I wanted some touch up paint for my new chevy cruze they told me I had to buy it you have got to be kidding after we paid cash for our new car they cant give it to us.. Finally the Service Manager said for all of your trouble today we will give it to you.

My Review of Kendall Chevrolet Cadillac:
I had a very positive experience with these two men, and the rest of the staff also. Any time I called the phone people were friendly and connected me to the right department without a long wait. I was shopping on-line this visit, and was also trying to shop for my Grandson.
I started my visit with Mike Morrow this time. He was quick to grasp just what I needed, and emailed me quite a few vehicles to choose from. Then I started with Larry Schambler. My Grandson Jeff had changed his mind and wanted a small 4WD SUV. Larry immediately changed course and without any trouble or wait, he emailed me a list of SUV's as well as other cars that waere in Jeff's Price Field. He kept in contact with me often and tried to get financing for us. I was co-signing for Jeff, to help with Credit Rating. We were unable to get Financing, even though they kept trying and trying and trying. Although we couldn't make a deal, I was impressed with the help I received. I might add here, that Mike and Larry were instrumental in getting me into a car of my choice, one year ago. The job wasn't easy. They had to inquire all over for the car I wanted and bought. I came away with a very good feeling about the deal. I was even more impressed this time. They acted like they were as disappointed as we were. We didn't get the vehicle, but we both could tell, it wasn't for a lack of trying on their part. This dealer ship and these people are very, very, good. I would recommend them to anyone.
