I have purchased numerous vehicles over the course of the last several years. All from local dealerships; from Mazda, to Jeep, to Chevy Tahoe, and (4) Silverado 1500's. In addition we purchased a GMC Sierra last several years. All from local dealerships; from Mazda, to Jeep, to Chevy Tahoe, and (4) Silverado 1500's. In addition we purchased a GMC Sierra for my wife a few years ago and now this latest purchase; a 2026 Silverado LT Double Cab, with the 5.3 L V8 engine for myself. This is the first vehicle we have ever purchased from Kendall Chevrolet and it was the most pleasant, non-stressful vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman was Austin Fortier and right away he earned my respect. Austin listened. He knew his product and was very helpful with my rapid fire questions. He was courteous, experienced, and respectful. At first, the Double Cab I wanted was not on the lot. Austin didn't try to sell me what they had, but instead let me know when it would be there, so that when it did arrive, a week later, I didn't hesitate to come back in to drive it. (Two other dealerships tried to "help" me with vehicles they had, but not what I was looking for.) When I finally decided to purchase, my wife and I went to Kendall, test drove the truck again, and were preparing to consummate the deal when my wife found the same vehicle, in a different color. In the last second I changed my mind on the color, and told Austin I wanted the different color. Austin didn't miss a beat. The deal was made, I received a very fair amount for my trade in, and Kendall actually helped find a better loan rate than my usual Credit Union. The sales manager, (I forget his name) was just as polite and professional as Austin. When we went to the finance office we met Danny Boudrieau who, like everyone else, was very polite, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend, and already have recommended Kendall Chevrolet in Marysville for anyone looking for a Chevy product. More

Needed a battery for wife’s suv. dealer in Everett where we purchased had none in stock, could not get for several days. Called Kendall parts dept and many in stock and could have in dealer in Everett where we purchased had none in stock, could not get for several days.
